For this reason I am not to worried about the bots in this game. When the botter complained his account was banned the saved video, or the evidence can be provided to clear up any discrepancies. Then the moderator would chose to ban the accused based on his opinion, the mod would save the video for later. First add the report button you guys talk about, when the report button is pressed the battle is saved in a database and a moderator can view the match.
This is how I would tackle the botting issue if I was SC. There is no profit in botting this game and the only way to fly through THs is to gem your way up, botting will die very fast as soon as SC chooses to address it.
If a TH 10 were to get banned no matter what it would take the botter at least a year to get back to TH10. Even if this bot gives the players 1B GG once they get banned they will lose all thier gold and TH level. Thankfully this game is greatly effected by time and not how much you play.
